In the past century, the average global surface temperature has risen by 0.74°C, and it is expected that it will still rise 1.1-6.4°C by the end of the 21st century. At present, human society is facing the most serious climate change problem in history, and a series of ecological disasters caused by this are increasing. With the return of the Biden government to the Paris agreement in 2021, China put forward a 30/60 carbon peak carbon neutral commitment.
